2025-12-22 – My Billing & Code Clean up

I finally managed to get the Billing & Receipt working properly. It's possible to overwrite the amount to bill, without overwriting the contractually agreed amount or the amount calculated based on the hours spent on the contract. In addition I went through a code sanitation for the homepage route, which included removing some excessive comments and cleaning up some dead code.

2025-12-02 – Testplan

Developed a fully fledged test plan. Was surprised by the amount of functionality that was already testable.

2025-11-29 – My Billing

Created the option to generate a bill based on fixed amount or hourly amount and print it of as a PDF

2025-11-27 – Time overview

Added the functionality for the User Administrator to capture the time for unregistered workers.

2025-11-26 – My Time Capture

Added the option for registered users to capture their work times to the assigned contract

2025-11-20 – My Planning

Added the option to assign permanent workers as well as on call ones to a planned job

2025-11-10 – My Calendar

Implemented the new My Calendar view and added public, read-only access for external embedding. The calendar now supports cross-domain integration, allowing clients to display their Flinto-managed schedules directly on their own websites without separate maintenance or login.

2025-11-06 – Contract Lifecycle

Introduced the full “My Contracts” workflow in the user-admin portal. Added a dedicated tile and page to list all signed contracts with customer name, status, amount, and download link. Implemented a secure download route for viewing stored documents. Added filtering by customer or date with persistent input and a reset option, and aligned the page layout and styling with the existing “My Offers” view.

2025-11-05 – Contract

I finally managed to implement the step offer to contract, including a signing pad. It's not perfect yet though. The signed PDF is then stored. Future development will include the option to also store a PDF from email if the customer wants to study first and not sign straight away.

2025-11-01 – Homepage Update

The homepage was refined with a redesigned language selector that now appears as a dropdown with flags in the header, improved alignment and spacing, and a centered, larger “See Use Cases” button for a cleaner and more consistent look across the site.

2025-10-25 – Multilanguage

Added the functionality to administer languages. Made the system truly multilingual. Added an admin overview for some basic statistics.

2025-10-23 – Error Log

Finally got around to cleaning up the error log, where the written error was not what was actually wrong.

2025-10-22 – My Company

Expanded the My Company to contain my business card, my business assets and my business documents.

2025-10-14 – Database Cleanup

Cleaned up and resolved all known translation issues. Updates of system files. removal of backups. cleaned the bases to continue development with

2025-09-28 – Clean Up

Removed several older remains and backups. Unified Table and fieldnames. Cleaned up unused tables and scripts.

2025-09-27 – Versioning

Changed the way the portal and the homepage interacted, as well as a more separated running of the various environments

2025-09-19 – “My Customers” Management Page

UserAdmins can now manage their customer list directly within the portal. The new “My Customers” page supports filtering, adding, editing, and deleting customer records. Salutations, country, and language fields are fully localized. Layout and filter blocks were optimized for clarity and responsiveness.

2025-09-18 – My Company

Added the My company functionality to show the current company you're registered to. In addition we created an extra admin tile to manage the registered countries in the system in all languages

2025-09-17 – Improved Translations Management page

We improved the translations page to make it easier and more reliable for administrators to manage content in different languages. The page now handles new entries more smoothly, keeps the right context when saving or deleting, and has a clearer layout with better space for text.

Added a changelog feature with public view and admin management.

Added content pages like Legal, Privacy, and Use Cases. All multilingual content managed via the database.
